Call all churches, Christian organizations, and

Make sure you talk to all youth pastors. |

Offer group rate discounts |
Direct Mail Campaign:

Secure a regional church mailing list to
do your direct mail campaign. |

Check into e-mail lists. Some managers
will have e-mail lists broken down by region
and available for use. |
Secure ticket outlets for your concert:
 |
Christian bookstores, churches, online
outlets, etc. |
 |
Make sure all flyers and posters are in
visible, high traffic areas. |
 |
IMPORTANT - If a
particular outlet runs out of tickets, under
no circumstances are they to tell their customers
the concert is sold out unless you specifically
tell them to do so. |

Setup advertising with your local Christian radio

your concert for PSAs or Public Service Announcements. |

Request spot logs from station listing exact
times your spot is running on air. |

Setup radio interviews after getting approval
from agent and manager. |

Recruit or hire crew for your concert (ushers,
ticket takers, load-in, load-out, etc.) |

Send concert information to all free event
or activities publications. |

Start radio advertising if you have not
already done so. Atleast (4) 60-second spots
are recommended per day. |

Make sure your concert has been properly advanced
by the road/tour manager for the artist:

If you have not received a call 2 weeks
prior to the show, call them. The number should
be listed in the rider. |

sound and lights |

Confirm all lodging details |

Confirm all dressing room details |
 |

Pick up all money and any unsold tickets from all
ticket outlets the day before the show.

Organize volunteers and crew:

If you are using any volunteers make sure
they are dependable and on time. |

Make sure they are planning to stay after
the concert for load-out - VERY
IMPORTANT |
Briefing with road manager:
 |
Meet with road manager upon arrival of
artist to cover any last minute details and
go over schedule for the day. |
Prayer time with artists, crew, and counselors -
to be arranged with road manager.
Pass out mailing list cards or e-mail address cards
for fans to fill out for future concert updates
and information.
Settlement:
 |
Have all documented expenses and receipts
organized and on hand. |
 |
Have accurate ticket count and all money
accounted for. |

Load-out - make sure volunteers are available and
ready to work.
